The structure includes:

• Frame
• Glue dispenser 1
• Glue dispenser 2
• Pre-pressing mechanism
• Pressure-maintaining mechanism (with compressor cold water circulation pressure-maintaining plate)
• Automatic lifting and discharging
• Front and rear lifting mechanism
• Electrical control box and electrical control system
• Including 2 10KG hot melt glue machines (used in conjunction with glue dispenser 1.2 respectively, including 2 streamlined guns and 2 3-meter-long rubber hoses)

Equipment Advantages：

• The fully automatic HEPA assembly production line adopts PLC control, the product size can be fully automatically adjusted, and the operation is convenient.
• The equipment has two three-axis dispensing mechanisms, which dispense glue on the upper and lower sides of the HEPA frame, respectively. Then, the equipment automatically presses and equips it with a cooling water circulation device, which can solidify and cool the glue quickly to ensure that the product is firmly pasted.
• The overall automation degree of the equipment is high, the production efficiency is high, and the quality and efficiency are guaranteed.
• The fixture reflux mode is adopted, and different models must be customized with matching fixtures for auxiliary production.
• Mitsubishi PLC is adopted, and the screw guide rails and pneumatic components are all imported from well-known brands to ensure the overall accuracy and stability of the equipment.

Equipment use:

The fully automatic HEPA assembly line is used for dispensing, pressure holding and assembly of square HPEA filters. It is suitable for mass production.
