Fully automatic filter screen four welt production line

Equipment advantages:

• The fully automatic filter four-sided production line consists of three mechanisms. The first set completes the wedging of the long sides of the filter, the second set completes the wedging of the short sides of the filter, and the third set completes the inkjet marking of the product.
• 2The jig reflux mode is adopted. The pleated and cut filter element is placed on the mold manually and then enters the assembly line for automatic wedging. The jig reflux mode is purchased for production. 
• 3. Fully automatic control and full analog servo drive are adopted. The product size is fully automatically adjusted without manual adjustment. The PLC and servo were purchased from Mitsubishi of Japan. The wedging size, corner cutting size, production speed, etc., can be adjusted by automatic settings. The robot moves the product in an automated mode.
•  4. The scraper adopts an adjustable stroke scraper gun to ensure no glue leakage and accurate glue breaking. The hot melt glue machine adopts a 20KG 20CC large-capacity glue machine.
• 5. To ensure the accuracy and service life of the overall production line, purchase imported well-known brands. The screw guide rails are made of Japanese THK brand, and the bearings and precision accessories are made of Japanese and German brands. The sensors are made of Japanese Omron, and the low-voltage electrical appliances are made by German Schneider.
