The equipment comprises a slitting paper feeder and a filter paper folding machine. The paper feeder consists of a feeding mechanism and a traction mechanism. The material shaft of the feeding mechanism is an air-inflated shaft with a scale. The material shaft is equipped with a magnetic powder brake to ensure the stability of the tension of the material during the conveying process. A 750W motor drives the indexing mechanism. The feeding-driven wheel has a cylinder lifting function to facilitate material feeding. The material has a conveying and storage limit function to ensure the consistency of the folding material. The equipment has an automatic shutdown function for lack of material.

The whole folding machine is made of steel, and a servo motor drives the folding lifting to drive the gear rack for higher stability. The workbench has a preheating function before folding, and the workbench has a heating and insulation function after folding to ensure stable forming. A safety light is set before folding to avoid injuries caused by the operator accidentally during folding. The upper workbench of the folding adopts a stepper motor to drive the linear guide to move up and down, which can be adjusted according to different folding heights to achieve the best folding height level.

A pressure strip is in the folding and discharging section to press the folded filter paper. The pressure strip can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation. There are observation windows on the front and rear boxes of the equipment, through which the flatness of the folded paper can be observed, which is convenient for adjusting parameters according to actual conditions and reducing material waste.
